The staff was exceptional; everyone from the front desk, the security bag check, the bar, the restaurant, the breakfast, the chocolate tasting, room service; every single person involved in each of these services was very friendly and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate every single request I had. Thank you so much. I am definitely coming back.

The team was amazing in welcoming me and upgraded me to a suite because of last minute unavailability. I appreciate the professionalism and the time saved at the check-in desk.

The staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful - from the bar staff to the front office-cleaners and even the security were so helpful and naturally willing to help -

Hotel was pretty new, very confortable rooms and very central location. Junior Toure from front office was a great guy. He took care of me a lot. Also cleanless of the property was top class. Briefly, it was a very good stay in Abidjan. Next time i will also choose this hotel as well.

Excellent Location ,very good house keeping very good clean and lovely ambience , really and food and warming staff .very strategic location for business this is very good property ,nice cafe and restaurant too
